Team Rules and Policies since 2006
-All payments must be paid in full prior to first game of the season or be subject to removal from the roster without refund.
-Any player may be released or cut from the roster at any time regardless of payment made or balances due, without refund.
-All payments are due in FULL, even if the player is no longer on the roster.
-Any player or parent found causing issues within the organization regarding coaching, playing time, positions played, or inproper conduct is also subject of removal from the team without refund.
-All players and parents must participate in all fundraisers or (pay the buy out fee if available).
No exceptions or you will be subject of removal from the team without refund.
This is a non profit baseball organization and has a strict no refund policy and pay in full policy. To ensure our costs are the lowest we divide the budget up evenly based on the number of players who have accepted roster spots on the team.
If you need to speak with a coach, we have a strict 24 hour rule. No coaches are allowed to speak with parents until 24 hours past the last game played. No parents are allowed in the dug out for any reason. Players must also remain with the team at all times.
NO REFUNDS- NO EXCEPTIONS
If you accept a position on the roster, all players and parents agree to the above stated rules.
